Desserts can be some of the most delicious foods on the planet. There are just so many kinds of desserts that it can be overwhelming to try to choose one. I am going to share with you some of my favorite desserts that are both easy to make and fun to eat. Some of these will even make you forget you are baking!

One of the best desserts to make is a cheesecake dessert. This dessert combines cream cheese and sour cream in a graham cracker crust. The key to making a good cheesecake is to not overbake it. You can over bake a traditional cheesecake by as much as ten minutes, but the instant kind I find will come out just fine in a 10-minute window.

Best Desserts to Make: Truffles

Another great dessert recipe to make are truffles. Truffles are similar to cheesecakes, except instead of a crust, they have a filling of chocolate or candy. There are many different flavors to choose from, so you can literally put anything in a truffle. I personally love truffles that are made with chocolate because it has a nice vanilla taste to them. There are also a lot of great chocolate truffle recipes that you can find online.

Lemon is also another delicious dessert to make. Lemon is used in a number of different desserts. One of them is called Lemon Water Bath. If you haven’t had a chance to make this dessert before then, I would highly recommend giving it a shot because it is one of the best desserts to ever hit the market.

No-Bake Desserts

Another one of the best desserts to make that you can absolutely do from scratch is no-bake desserts. The key to these no-bake desserts is a trifle shell and a topping that is called a coulis. This topping is usually made with lemon mousse and then a lemon cream cheese crust. The no-bake dessert doesn’t need a lot of cooking, so if you have an extra hour or two, you could end up making this dessert, and it would be delicious. French Vanilla

A favorite of mine is called French Vanilla. This dessert consists of a cream-filled truffle shell, and then it is topped with rich vanilla custard. To make this dessert, all you need is aluminum foil, left French vanilla or white chocolate, and some aluminum foil. Wrap the entire pan with aluminum foil and place it inside the refrigerator until ready to serve.

My other favorite desserts are the ones that come straight from the oven. I would have to say that there is nothing better than baking a dessert right from the oven. Not only is baking something that’s quick and easy, but it’s also healthy. Baking your own desserts saves you money because you can make healthier homemade items. You might be surprised at how healthy some of the ingredients used in traditional baking are. For example, baking applesauce into a bowl of evaporated milk can cut down on the amount of fats and calories you will consume.

Chocolate Cheesecake

One of my favorite desserts is called chocolate cheesecake. This dessert consists of a smooth chocolate cake and a creamy cheesecake that is topped with a smoothie made with some frozen fruit and yogurt. The great thing about this dessert is that its low fat and low sugar, which means that even non-dieters can enjoy it.

I like peanut butter and banana cakes. Traditional peanut butter and banana cake recipes are something that everyone likes, but they are not very healthy. Instead of using traditional butter and sugar, you can use a healthier alternative called organic unsweetened peanut butter. This will save you both money and the health of your family because it uses healthy ingredients, which means you are also eating a healthier dessert.

One more great dessert recipe is the double chocolate fudge cake. This is the kind of recipe where you have to meet some of the chocolate and then add the fudge mixture and stir it well. Once you’ve mixed the chocolate and the fudge mix, pour it into a lined cupcake pan and bake it for thirty minutes. Once the cake is made, you have to remove it from the oven and frost it according to the box directions.

Summing Up

These are all great ideas that you can add to your menu. You just have to find the right pan that you like the look of and then place your toppings on it. If you don’t know what toppings to put on your cake or if you can’t decide which one to use, just use the flexible spatula to do the work. You don’t need anything fancy to make these desserts taste great. Simply mix up the ingredients, spread them on a heated pan, bake them, and frost as you desire.
